Online Ordering
Online orders will be collected and delivered to your home or workplace by our efficient delivery staff. Simply complete the online order form, select your collection date and we will receive an sms immediately and will give you a call before collection.
After your dress has been collected, cleaned and packaged by the expert team at our Specialist Centre, you will be contacted and asked to select the date for the return of your dress.
Telephonic Ordering
Just read our pamphlet (which has all the information you require) and give us a call confirming your address and we will send our trustworthy staff over to your place for FREE pickup and then delivery.
Collection and Delivery
Collections and deliveries are available all seven days a week from 9AM to 9PM and that too for FREE!!!
Service Time
Our standard service time is four days, however over the special festivals, this will increase as the plant closes and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is to give your dress the time and attention required for such a special item. However if you do need it sooner, please let us know and we will do everything we can to meet your date.
If at the time the dress is inspected, it is found that the dress does not match the order details or the quality expected, the service time will increase. Insurance Dresses are automatically insured for loss and damage whilst in transit. While dresses are not insured against damage where the cleaning process is found to be at fault, in the rare event of any problem occurring compensation will be paid according to industry guidelines.
